Registration fees will be fully refunded for cancellations made prior to September 1, 2008.

The Conference will be held September 30th & October 1st, at The Fairmont Hotel, located at 2401 M Street N.W., Washington, D.C. Sessions will commence at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. daily.
